Instructions: Check in for your appointment 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and before entering Student 健康 服务. Be sure to have your ODU I.D. with you at check-in.

Log into your Monarch 健康 Portal.

Check-in using your phone or laptop. Your device location must be turned on for check-in. Note: Appointment Self-check-in is only enabled within a certain parameter of the clinic's location

Go to the 首页 page and scroll down to see your appointment information.

If you see a button called "Forms", select and complete the form(s) presented. Note: Not all appointment reasons require this.

Then select the "Check-in" button when it appears.

Once you are checked in come into the 办公室 and let the front 办公室 staff know you are here for your appointment, and that you have checked in.
